The Role: As a Sales Executive, you'll be at the forefront of our expansion efforts, tasked with introducing our services to new clients. This role is perfect for individuals with 1 to 2 years of experience in #freightforwarding/NVOCC, or those currently working in #cargo or freight forwarding with direct customer interaction. 

Key Responsibilities:
1- Customer Engagement: Introduce potential customers to our diverse range of services.
2- Needs Analysis: Gain insights into each customer’s business needs and challenges.
3- Solution Provisioning: Ensure our offerings align perfectly with client goals, transforming prospects into loyal customers and fostering long-term partnerships.

Qualifications:
1- 1 to 2 years of experience in freight forwarding/NVOCC preferred.
2- Arabic and fluent English are necessary for this role.

Al Jazy Shipping is on the lookout for a dynamic and strategic Business Development Manager to drive our expansion efforts in #KSA. This pivotal role, reporting directly to the General Manager in Amman, is centered on generating growth by establishing robust sales channels, developing client relationships. The focus will be on our #Marine, Government, and #FreightForwarding Services Divisions, which are integral to our core business of #PortAgency. This includes delivering a full spectrum of agency and support services to an extensive clientele comprising many of the world's foremost #shipowners, operators, and #charterers. Our clients span a diverse array of sectors including #cruise and #containerlines, #bulk and #tanker operations, #naval vessels, #heavylifts and #projectcargo contractors, among other specialist and niche operators. This specifically translates into the following accountabilities:

1- Office Establishment: Assist in setting up the new Riyadh office and ensuring all the necessary permits are in place.
2- Service Introduction: Clearly articulate and promote Al Jazy's capabilities, tailoring solutions to meet specific client needs.
3- Sales Channel Development: Establish and cultivate sales channels to secure sustainable revenue growth across commercial and governmental sectors.
4- Transportation Assets and MHEs: Identify reliable local contractors with the necessary assets (Flatbeds, Lowboys, HETs, box trucks, buses, forklifts, cranes, and reefer trucks) available as required is essential experienced in #RORO Operations in the ports of KSA.
5- Client Relationship: Proactively initiate and nurture client relationships to support and drive growth. This includes forging new connections and enhancing existing partnerships, firmly establishing Al Jazy as the go-to provider in shipping, freight forwarding, and #logistics for both commercial and governmental sectors.
6- #Procurement and Project Oversight: Provide essential oversight for any procurement and service projects won by the #Amman office. This involves closely collaborating with the Amman procurement team on the development of new bid proposals.

Qualifications:
1- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years in business development or sales within the shipping and logistics industry, focusing on the Saudi market.
2- Fluent in English and Arabic/necessary requirement.
